Privacy Policy

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address, the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and the operating system you use on your mobile device.

When you enter a TikTok or Instagram username, the Application retrieves that account's public profile, public statistics and public videos to produce its analysis, ideas and recommendations.

The Application may request access to your device camera and microphone to film videos with the built-in teleprompter, and to your photo library to pick or save videos. Videos you upload for a review are deleted from the Service Provider's servers after 7 days.

If you connect a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account to repost your videos, the Application stores the access granted by that platform, encrypted, and only uses it to read your own videos and publish the ones you choose. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Repost tab.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Account data, scripts and videos you submit may be processed by artificial intelligence providers to generate analyses, scripts and feedback. These providers process the data on behalf of the Service Provider and only to deliver these features.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you have provided through the Application, please contact contact@singulabs.ae.

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will delete such information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions can be taken.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. They provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained through the Application.

The Service Provider may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
